Your Information on This Site

How enquiries, saved designs and website activity are handled.

Who We Are

The site is run by OnPoint Yachts, part of OnPointGroup. You can reach us at info@onpoint.yachts or on +1 512 983 3920.

The Enquiry Form

The form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, country and home port, the yacht and dealer you are interested in, any build you have configured and your questions.

When you submit an enquiry, OnPoint Yachts receives your contact details, questions, model and configuration, together with any Design Studio file or deck pictures you choose to include. The sales team uses this information to answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you.

The sales team may retain your enquiry, its attachments and related correspondence. Email messages and replies pass through our email provider. Contact info@onpoint.yachts to ask about retention, request a copy, correct your details or request deletion. Include your enquiry reference if you have one.

Builds and Designs Saved in Your Browser

When you configure a yacht or arrange its decks in the Design Studio, your choices are kept in your own browser’s storage so they are still there when you come back. Saving in the browser sends nothing to us. A build or a design reaches us only when you choose to send it: when you request a proposal or a price with your build, or tick “Send my arrangement” on the enquiry form, which sends the arrangement’s editable design file and a picture of each deck with your enquiry. “Start again” in the configurator resets a build. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes locally saved builds and designs.

Brochures and Price Requests

Brochures open directly as PDF files. Reading or downloading one requires no name or email address. If you separately ask for a price or proposal, the form asks for your name, email and country, with an optional telephone number. A request from the configurator also includes your build. Submitted requests are handled in the same way as an enquiry.

Cookies and Tracking

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Its fonts, images, yacht films and 360° views are served from the same server as the pages.

The shipyard tour uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. No connection to YouTube is made until you choose to play the shipyard tour or use its full-screen button. Playback connects your browser to YouTube and its media services, which may use cookies or other storage and process information under their own privacy policy. Opening a “Watch on YouTube” link takes you to YouTube directly.

Server Logs

Like any web host, ours records the address a request comes from, the page requested and the time, to keep the service running and secure.
